Registration information

At least one author for each accepted paper has to register and pay the registration fee.

Register and pay the conference fee through the “Foundacion Parque Scientifico Tecnologico” of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Note for non-spanish speakers: the default language of the registration website is Spanish. Please switch it to English, according to your preference.

Registration Fee

The registration fee includes publication of a paper in the proceedings, conference materials, tutorials, conference dinner, welcome reception, another social event (a guided tour of old town Las Palmas or a visit to the only coffee plantage in the EU) and daily coffee breaks.
The prices are:

  • Early registration: 250 Euro
  • Late registration (after December 13th): 325 Euro

The costs for each additional paper are 100 Euro.

Payment

The registration fee is to be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Travel visa for Gran Canaria (Spain)

No visa is needed for nationals of the European Union (EU). If you are national of a country outside the EU, you need to check in your country of origin if you need a visa for Gran Canaria (Spain). If you need a visa and are author of an accepted paper or are scientist or professional with proven interest in the area of the conference, we will provide you with a confirmation letter that you have paid the registration fee and are accepted as participant of APPIS2020. You can use that letter for a visa application.
